他们经过了高大摇摆的野草、又凉又深的河水、又深又黏的烂泥、好大好深的树林、又急又大的风雪、又窄又暗的山洞，终于在山洞里发现一只狗熊，然而他们一见到巨大的狗熊，马上回头跑回洞口、跑回风雪中、跑回树林里、跑回烂泥地、再跑回野草地，最后打开自家大门，跑进卧房，盖上被子，吓得再也不敢去捉狗熊了。
